The above two-volume PDF-searchable set of Tallapoosa County Marriage Records was originally published in Tap Roots beginning in Volume 12, No. 4 and Marriage Records Book 1. Publication was continued in Tap Roots Volumes: 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and concluded with Marriage Record Book 10 in Volume 18, No. 2. The period of time required to publish the records in installments was 1975-1980. This set eliminates searching through the 7 volumes.
